Renee Ingram is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Alabama and Illinois. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University in 2019 and Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama in 2020. She has been practicing therapy for over 4 years and is a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) certified therapist.
Throughout her career she has been passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families who are in underserved communities. Her focus is treating anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment issues, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. In her sessions, Renee creates a safe and comfortable space for children, adolescents, and adults to express their thoughts and feelings openly. Renee utilizes a strengths-based approach to therapy, believing that everyone has strengths that can support their healing process and that everyone is the expert on their own lives.
